Kim Kardashian defends pregnancy Spanx and tight leather skirts
Kim Kardashian must really love paparazzi photos of herself, because she posts full galleries of them on her personal blog nearly every day. Kim likes to comment about what she was doing, who she was wearing, and answer critics who have remarked on various news sites or social media pages about the pics.
When Kim stepped out recently in a skin tight leather skirt, showcasing her burgeoning baby bump, apparently some fans did not approve. And since she apparently has nothing better to do with her time, Ms. Kardashian took to her blog to defend her choice.
"I felt so good in this look. So me! But then I saw some comments that were so critical," writes Kim, who is expecting her first child in July with boyfriend and baby daddy Kanye West. Kim says she finally knows what her sister Kourtney Kardashian was talking about when she warned her everyone would have "opinions" once she got pregnant. Uh ... earth to Kim Kardashian: Your sister was talking about raising babies, not choosing outfits.
Anyway, Kim is really hurt by the negative comments about her attire, and here's what she has to say about it: "I saw some comments that the skirt is too tight for the pregnancy and that's ridiculous! I bought this skirt a few sizes bigger and there is plenty of room. For any concern that my clothes are too tight, I have so many pieces custom fit for my growing body." The paparazzi has busted Kim for wearing Spanx despite being with child, so she is quick to make a correlation about how perfectly fine that is too. "They make pregnancy Spanx which are tight. So this theory sounds ridiculous," Kim writes. "I feel my best when I am in heels and chic clothes! Happy mommy, happy baby!"
Yes, surely her child will grow up happy as long as mother continues to have the opportunity to wear designer clothes. So, we have to keep this woman famous, America -- we owe it to her unborn child. By the way, Kim wants you to know her controversial skirt was by Vince, the top by Alc, her heels by Christian Louboutin, and her bag by Tom Ford. Aw, you can almost hear the baby cooing now ...
