Justin Bieber's mom Pattie Mallette wants to be 'The Bachelorette'

Justin Bieber's mom, Pattie Mallette, wants to be ABC's next bride-to-be wannabe on "The Bachelorette." After live tweeting "The Bachelor" finale, Mallette tweeted, "Who will be the next Bachelorette? Me perhaps?? Hmmmmm..." Fans jumped on board tweeting the host of both shows, Chris Harrison, in the hopes of making this thing happen.

It wasn't that long ago that Ryan Seacrest set Pattie up on a date with "The Bachelor" host. Since insiders at the time denied there were any sparks between Pattie and Chris, maybe she was just auditioning.

The Biebs has said in the past he's "not cool with" his mom dating, even though she waited until he was 18 to start putting herself out there. Still, perhaps a dating reality show is not the best next move for Mallette.

Unfortunately for Pattie, and for "Bachelorette" fans, she'll have to wait until next season to be considered. "The Bachelor" Sean Lowe's reject Desiree Hartsock already got the gig this time around. And Pattie got wind of it too, sending a followup tweet that she's "looking forward" to watching Desiree on the show.
