Hospitalized Justin Bieber posts shirtless pic from bed: Swag.

Justin Bieber has had a rough week but he's taking it all in stride. After collapsing mid-concert in London, the Biebs was rushed to the hospital. Once his oxygen treatment got underway, he went right back to his usual ways -- posting shirtless photos of himself on the internet.

Bieber posted a photo to Instagram of himself laid up in a hospital bed, shirt off, and hospital gown (thankfully) covering most of his skivvies. The "All Around the World" singer is wearing Beats by Dr. Dre headphones in the pic. "Gettin better listening to Janice Joplin," Bieber writes as the caption.

Justin also tweeted a message to his fans: "getting better. thanks for everyone pulling me thru tonight. best fans in the world. figuring out what happened. thanks for the love" Justin was advised to halt his show and go to the hospital, but he insisted on finishing out the concert.

Earlier in the week the Biebs went on a Twitter rant, lashing out against reports about him in the media. "rumors rumors and more rumors. nothing more nothing less. might talk about them 1 day. rt now im just gonna be positive. cant bring me down," wrote Bieber.

And apparently a little medical drama won't slow his roll either. He's got to keep posting those shirtless pics for the fans -- hospital or not. Never change, Biebs. Swagger, indeed.
