Now, this is a story all about how a school district's Thursday got flipped, turned upside down. Schools across Beaver County, Pa. were put on lockdown, after the lyrics to the "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" theme song were misheard, leading someone to think a threat was being made, WPXI reports.

The confusion happened when a school employee called a student's cell phone to confirm a doctor's appointment. When she got to the student's voice mail message, instead what she heard was the theme song. To her, the lyrics "shooting some b-ball outside of the school," sounded a lot like "shooting people outside of the school."

The worker dialed 911 to report what she perceived as a threat, which led to the entire district being locked down for about 30 minutes. The student was detained for three hours, while his locker was searched. Eventually, the mix-up was figured out and the student was released.

"Fresh Prince" ran on NBC from 1990-1996, and launched the acting career of Will Smith, who had been known mostly for his rap career before then.
