Bindi Irwin at 14: Crocodile Hunter's daughter is a beautiful young woman
Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin's daughter Bindi has come back into the spotlight, nearly seven years after her dad's death from a stingray piercing his chest -- and she is a smiling, beautiful 14-year-old girl. The young actress is promoting her upcoming movie "Return to Nim's Island," where she plays a young castaway with an affinity for nature. The role was previously played by Abigail Breslin in the original "Nim's Island." Irwin also previously acted in "Free Willy: Escape from Pirate's Cove."
Bindi says the nature-loving Nim was a perfect role for her.
"Nim is a little bit uppity but apart from that we are quite similar," she tells Adelaide Now. She also adds that her on-screen love interest Toby Wallace has "has less fishy breath than a sea lion."
