Special K recall due to glass fragments in 'Red Berries' cereal

Kellogg's has announced a voluntary recall for some of their cereals, citing the possible presence of glass fragments in Special K Red Berries. An alert on the company's website notes which boxes could contain the glass fragments, with instructions on what to do if you have a bad box.
The boxes in in the recall have the UPC codes 3800059923, 3800078356, and 3800020940. The company says there have been no reports from customers having glass fragments in their cereal, but that this is a precautionary measure.
The alert comes days after Lean Cuisine issued a similar recall, when glass shards were found in more than 500,000 mushroom ravioli meals. No injuries were reported from that recall, either. Suddenly, horse meat doesn't sound so bad.
