Michelle Obama to Robin Roberts: Barack gets his gray hair 'from his children'
Robin Roberts has been busy since she returned to "Good Morning America" on Feb. 20. Not only did she help host ABC's Oscars pre-show, but she also sat down with First Lady Michelle Obama for a lengthy one-on-one interview.
A snippet of that discussion has made its way online in the above video. Roberts and Obama talk about the FLOTUS' two daughters -- Sasha, 11, and Malia, 14 -- and say that President Barack Obama is just like any dad watching his daughters grow up and start dating before his eyes.
"Fathers in particular, I don't think they really know they're going to feel until it happens," the First Lady says. "There's nothing like the look on his face when Malia dresses up for a party and she's heading out and she walks past him and you can see his face sort of just drop a little bit, like, 'What was that?' He's a little gray. People think the gray is from his job; it's from his children, so we'll see how that goes."
Obama and Roberts seem to have nothing but love for one another, as the First Lady was one of the many who sent her well-wishes to Roberts upon her return to "GMA" after her myelodysplastic syndrome sick leave. "Robin, we just want you to know that the whole Obama family -- we've been thinking about you and praying for you and rooting for you every step of the way," Obama said.
