Celebrity sex tape enthusiasts can breathe a sigh of relief as the holy grail, featuring Kim Kardashian, is safe. According to TMZ, a fire in the offices of Vivid Entertainment, the porn company that's released many of the most famous celebrity videos, left the master tape, along with the unedited masters of many other celebrity offerings, in jeopardy.

The Kardashian tape, and others featuring the likes of Kendra Wilkinson, Vince Neil, Tom Sizemore, former pro wrestler Chyna, and the legendary Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee video, were all in the building, located in a safe. When the fire erupted Saturday night, Vivid founder Steve Hirsch was at an L.A. Clippers game. Upon receiving a call about the fire, he ditched the game to rush back to the office.

Luckily, he arrived to find that, while it was singed, the safe was just fine, as were its contents. Reportedly the safe also contains celebrity sex tapes that haven't been released yet. Kim's tape, which co-stars her former boyfriend Ray J, was released in 2007, arguably making her a household name. Later that year she went on to star on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." Vivid claims her tape is the best-selling celebrity sex video of all time. After it was announced in January that Kim was having a baby with her boyfriend, rapper Kanye West, renewed interest in the tape led to a spike in sales.
