Josh Duhamel wears a heart thong on 'Ellen,' talks Valentine's Day with Fergie

"Safe Haven" star Josh Duhamel cranks up the romance factor with Julianne Hough in the Nicholas Sparks film, which was released on Valentine's Day -- but on "Ellen" on Thursday, Josh talks real-life love, Fergie.

"I bought her a nice gift. I bought her some earrings, took her to dinner and then made sweet, sweet love," he says of their Valentine's Day plans (though, awkwardly, the show was taped before V-Day). "It's Valentine's Day. You got to bring out your best stuff."

He admitted to Ellen that sometimes he and Fergie like to dress up in the bedroom, so she helpfully gifted him with a heart thong, which he gamely modeled for the audience. "I have a heart on!" he laughed.
