Dog with human face adoption could delay 'Rise of the Planet of the Puppies'

If you've always wanted a dog, but have never made the jump, now's the time! A very unique pup is available for adoption in Indiana. This dog's name is Tonik, and he is a Poodle/Shih Tzu mix. Nothing too special, right? Well, the difference with Tonik is in his face.
He has a face that's eerily human-like. Just look at that picture, it's like he's staring into your soul, with his lip curled just enough to show you he's not impressed. There are a few things that could have lead Tonik to have such a face. The most obvious reason, of course, is this is a "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" situation. Tonik has evolved and will soon lead a dog rebellion that ends with people on leashes.
So, it's important that a good person adopts Tonik, and shows him humans aren't all bad. Maybe then, humanity will be spared. The Petfinder website says he was rescued from a kill shelter in Kentucky, and he hasn't had a lot of socialization. Look in those eyes, though, and you'll see Tonik just needs a little love.
Tonik is living in Indiana, so if you're in that area and could provide him a good home, by all means apply. The future of the human race may depend on it.
