Wiz Khalifa busted for not wearing seatbelt

Even being a world-famous rapper doesn't get you out of a seatbelt violation, as performer Wiz Khalifa discovered Sunday night (Jan. 6), reports TMZ.

The site spotted the rap star being pulled over in his brand news Porsche 911 Carrera S. The police officer spotted Wiz driving without his seatbelt fastened and gave him a ticket. TMZ asked the cop if he knew who he pulled over and he said, "I know, I recognized him!"

But Wiz got a ticket anyway, because it's all about "safety," says the cop. And Wiz apparentally agreed, turning to TMZ's camera and saying, "Make sure you guys wear your seatbelts."

Wiz had spent the day at a baby shower for his fiancee Amber Rose. The two are expecting their first child later this month.
