Video: NCAA player Anna Prins gets engaged at midcourt

Cyclones senior center Anna Prins was in for a big surprise after her Iowa State NCAA basketball team beat Alabama State 86-47. Her boyfriend, Ryan De Hamer, came out to midcourt and proposed to her -- and the entire adorable exchange was caught on video.

The video has now gone viral, and fortunately Prins said yes. The Cyclones team ran out to celebrate with Prins and De Hamer, and Prins admits in an interview that it was the most perfect proposal her now-fiancé could have come up with.

"I was crying," she tells the Ames Gazette. "I couldn't have asked for a better place, just with all the people that were involved: Coach [Bill Fennelly], my team, the fans in Hilton, my family was there. Pretty special."
