Victoria's Secret model sued: Constance Jablonski and DNA Model Management brought in lawsuit
Constance Jablonski, a Victoria's Secret angel, is facing a $3.3 million lawsuit for reportedly leaving a three-year contract with her management company to join a rival modeling firm, reports the New York Daily News. Marilyn Model Management claims in the lawsuit that DNA Model Management has poached Jablonski after Marilyn took her from a "virtually unknown model" to a top international star while working with their firm.
The lawsuit seeks $3.3 million in damages and an injuntion that would bar DNA Models from representing Jablonski, who currently serves as the face for Estee Lauder. The lawsuit charges that Marilyn signed Jablonski to a three-year contract extension in 2011.
