Tommy Lee Jones: Grumpy face at Golden Globes 2013 goes viral

Just like McKayla Maroney, Tommy Lee Jones was not impressed at the 70th Golden Globes. During Kristen Wiig and Will Ferrell's funny skit while presenting for Best Lead Actress in a Comedy or Musical, the camera cut to the "Lincoln" star and showed Jones' grumpy face, creating one of the most unintentionally hilarious images of the night.

Well, the image has since gone viral. In addition to making Zap2it's own list of best GIFs of the night, grumpy Tommy Lee Jones has been compared to his peer in the meme world: grumpy cat. Maybe he was actually just practicing his best grumpy cat impression?

There's no real reason for Jones to have had that expression on his face beyond the fact that he thought Ferrell and Wiig weren't very funny. After all, no one from "Lincoln" was nominated in that category. Maybe he was just still smarting from the fact that Christoph Waltz won Best Supporting Actor instead of him.
