Tom Brady's mansion has a moat. Yes, a moat.

Now that he's been ousted from the NFL playoffs after losing in the AFC championship game to the Baltimore Ravens (complete with a fine for his slide-kick against Raven Ed Reed), Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen will have to take solace in their West Coast mansion.

The 22,000-square-foot behemoth took three years to build, cost $20 million and apparently features a moat surrounding most of the property. There is no word about a drawbridge, dungeon or throne room.

We like to imagine that instead of watching Super Bowl XLVII between the Ravens and San Francisco 49ers, Brady will be swimming in the moat -- filled with money, Scrooge McDuck-style.
