Sofia Vergara's New Year's Eve wardrobe malfunction: Her dress loses a fight!

"Modern Family" star Sofia Vergara looked incredible, as usual, on New Year's Eve -- but the barely-there bustier on her dress wasn't made for a whole lot of strenuous activity.

The actress and her fiance Nick Loeb were partying up a storm in Miami, when a fight broke out at the nightclub Story. Though rumors spread that Vergara and Loeb were fighting with each other, sources say that's not the case.

Apparently, revelers at a table next to Vergara's got physical, and being the good Samaritan that she is, she decided to step in and try to break things up. She was thrown to the ground, and her leather bustier slipped off, exposing her breast to the other partiers (and to TMZ, which obtained a photo... obviously).

Of course, Vergara has never been shy about her curves, so she probably wasn't too worried about the accidental wardrobe malfunction. She told Esquire, "In Colombia everybody's very voluptuous and you're supposed to be. You don't want to be skinny when all of your cousins are mermaids. You grow up thinking that's how beauty is."
