Shakira and Gerard Pique's baby wears custom 'Milan' sneakers

The baby of Shakira and Gerard Pique may only be two days old, but he's already got a clear sense of style. His proud father posted the first image of Milan Pique Mebarak to his WhoSay account along with the caption, "Milan's feet!"

The photo shows more than Milan's feet, though. It actually reveals the newborn wearing a customized pair of white Nike sneakers with his name, "Milan," embroidered on them. Considering Pique is an official Nike endorser, it's no wonder he chose the brand for his son's first pair of shows.

A love for soccer likely runs in little Milan's blood, but don't expect that he'll end up at his namesake soccer team. "Just like his father, baby Milan became a member of FC Barcelona at birth," Pique wrote in a statement announcing his child's birth.

He added, "The name Milan (pronounced MEE-lahn), means dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman, eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification."
