Randy Travis headed to rehab after naked drunk driving: Will he spend 180 days in jail?

Country crooner Randy Travis has been sentenced in his drunk driving case on Thursday. Last summer, police found Travis lying naked in lying naked in the road after crashing his vehicle in a construction zone in Texas. He was busted for driving while intoxicated, and sentenced to 180 days in jail... sort of.

The jail sentence was probated for two years, according to TMZ, meaning that if Travis can stay out of trouble with the law for two years, the jail time will likely be thrown out. In the meantime, he will be required to go to inpatient alcohol treatment -- rehab -- for at least 30 days, and complete 100 hours of community service.

He's also required to install an "ignition interlock device" on any car he drives during the next two years. That's a breathalyzer that you must pass in order to start the car.
