Nearly nude driver: DWI charge for Catherine Giaquinto

Catherine Giaquinto is having a terrible Monday morning. The 36-year-old New Yorker was arrested on a DWI charge on Friday. That's enough to mess everything up for quite a while.

It doesn't end there, though. The Examiner reports Giaquinto was a little under dressed when police pulled her over after receiving a report of her car crashing into a retaining wall in New Jersey.

According to an officer for the Sparta Township police department, Giaquinto was found wearing an unzipped jacket, and nothing else. Police found clothing in the car and requested Giaquinto get dressed, which she eventually did after a struggle.

When asked, she claimed she didn't remember the accident or where she was going. Upon returning to the station, Giaquinto became combative with officers.She faces six charges in addition to the DWI.
