Michelle Obama eye roll explained by lip reader: What did John Boehner say?

Michelle Obama's eye roll was arguably the best moment of the inauguration, but what was it that Speaker of the House John Boehner said to her husband Barack Obama that spurred the hilarious gesture? A lip reading expert believes he has the answer.

Larry Wenig tells Inside Edition that he believes he's puzzled out what annoyed the First Lady. Apparently Boehner asked the President whether he had a cigarette before the inaugural luncheon. As is known, Obama gave up cigarettes years ago at the insistence of his wife, while Boehner smokes a lot.

Boehner's alleged comment that earned the eye roll? "Somebody won't let you do it," meaning Obama can't smoke because Michelle won't let him. That would cause us to roll our eyes too!

Of course, it could be that Boehner said something else entirely. A spokesman for Boehner tells The Hill that Wenig's deduction is "not true." In the end, it doesn't really matter what was said, because Michelle's eyes speak entirely for themselves.
