Mark Wahlberg does the weather report in Philadelphia
Viewers of "Good Day Philadelphia" got a surprise when they tuned in to check out the weather report. Instead of the usual anchor, they got Mark Wahlberg. The Golden Globe nominated actor was in-studio promoting his new film "Broken City" with director Allen Hughes. Once their interview is done they decided to have a little more fun, taking over the weather and traffic reports.
After telling viewers how weather will be for the week, Wahlberg took on a Philly accent to talk about traffic before throwing the broadcast to a correspondent.
Wahlberg isn't the only A-lister who has taken over weather reporter duties during an appearance. Scarlett Johansson stepped in for a sick Al Roker on the Today show, though she didn't seem to have nearly as good a time as Mark.
"Broken City," also starring Russell Crowe and Catherine Zeta-Jones, is in theaters January 18.
