Lyndsy Fonseca of 'Nikita,' 'Kick-Ass' files for divorce from artist Matt Smiley

"Nikita" regular Lyndsy Fonseca has filed for divorce from her husband of nearly four years, artist and writer Matt Smiley.

TMZ reports the 26-year-old actress, who also co-starred in "Kick-Ass" and "Desperate Housewives," filed the documents in the L.A. County Superior Court and cites the standard "irreconcilable differences."

The couple have been married since April 2009. Apparently the documents specify Smiley should not be awarded spousal support.
