Kobe Bryant's wife Vanessa ditches divorce plans for reconciliation

It was a rocky 2012 for LA Lakers star Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa, but the on-again, off-again couple are no longer headed for divorce court.

Vanessa Bryant has dropped her plans for divorce, reports TMZ, and the couple are once again "very tight." TMZ cites the 12-12-12 Hurricane Sandy relief concert at Madison Square Garden as a major "turning point" in the relationship. Then Kobe and Vanessa spent New Year's Eve together.

Apparently Kobe has been on his best behavior ever since Vanessa filed for divorce near the end of 2011, and as many have observed the 14-time NBA All-Star has been working hard to change his public image. He even joined Twitter.
