In the statement, Donald says, "I can think of no better way to retire than to celebrate with [the fans] and the Packers organization." Driver will make a formal announcement in a ceremony at the team's home, Lambeau Field, on February 6.

During his time with the Packers, Driver was able to become a champion at Super Bowl XLV in 2011. Throughout his career he only missed four games, the most recent one last November. Driver is also a "Dancing with the Stars" champion, winning the show's 14th season with partner Peta Murgatroyd.
