Destiny's Child: Beyonce announces first new music in 8 years

Today seems to be the day to announce new albums.  Hot on the heels of Justin Timberlake saying he's ready to make another album, Beyonce decided to share a little information of her own. Rather than announcing a new solo album, though, she was ready to share Destiny's Child news. Posting on her Facebook page, the singer says, "I am so proud to announce the first original Destiny's Child music in eight years!" along with a pre-order link and an album cover.

The album, titled "Love Songs", is the first original Destiny's Child album since 2004's "Destiny Fulfilled." The new album release January 29, a mere five days before Beyonce is scheduled to headline this year's Super Bowl halftime show.

With those dates being so close together, one can only assume there will be a Destiny's Child reunion on stage at the big show.  The Super Bowl airs February 3 on CBS.
