'Criminal Minds' star DUI: Thomas Gibson arrested in LA

"Criminal Minds" star Thomas Gibson -- also known as Greg from "Dharma & Greg" -- was arrested in Los Angeles for suspicion of DUI, TMZ reports.

According to the cops, Gibson tried to drive through an area of downtown Los Angeles that was blocked off for a late night half marathon race.

The word is, Gibson was flagged down and told he could not drive through the area, but he proceeded to do so anyway.

When police stopped Gibson, they say they smelled an alcohol odor and asked Gibson to submit to a breathalyzer test, which he refused. Gibson was arrested and taken into custody shortly after 1:35 a.m.

Bail for Gibson was set at $15,000.
