Zooey Deschanel divorce from Ben Gibbard finalized

"New Girl" star Zooey Deschanel and Death Cabe for Cutie lead singer Ben Gibbard are officially divorced.

Deschanel filed for divorce back in January, citing "irreconcilable differences," and TMZ now reports that a judge signed off on the divorce last week (Dec. 12).

Both Deschanel and Gibbard waived claims for spousal support.
