Notorious B.I.G. autopsy report released - Details of death wounds revealed
The Notorious B.I.G. might have died 15 years ago, but his legacy has not been forgotten. The rapper was murdered in Los Angeles in 1997, and his recently released autopsy report reveals exactly how he died.
TMZ obtained the never-before-seen report that details the four gunshot wounds that Biggie Smalls -- real name Christopher George Latore Wallace -- received during his murder. One struck him in the wrist, another in his back, a third on his outer left thigh and the final fatal gunshot wound entered his body through his right hip and tore several of his vital organs.
There is a drawn image included in the report that shows the path the four bullets traveled through the then-24-year-old's body, but that might be too graphic for some. According to the autopsy, the final bullet went through B.I.G.'s colon, liver, heart and the upper left lobe of his lung. There were no traces of alcohol or drugs in Smalls' system at the time of his death. The person who fired at the rapper's Suburban and killed him is still unknown.
