'CSI' creator divorced: Anthony Zuiker to now marry Michelle Territo

Anthony Zuiker has finally finalized his split from ex-wife Jennifer. The "CSI" creator reportedly got divorced so he could remarry quickly: This time, to preschool teacher Michelle Territo.

Zuiker and Territo have been dating for a year, TMZ reports, and the couple may marry as soon as January. The site claims that even though Zuiker and Jennifer are officially divorced, they haven't settled their money problems, and they have to do that before he can tie the knot with Territo.

When Zuiker married Jennifer in 1999, they didn't sign a pre-nup -- a big mistake for Zuiker, as "CSI" has gone on to generate more than $6 billion. The biggest issue in their divorce is money, and TMZ claims that Jennifer "will make out like a bandit." Bet Zuiker won't make the same pre-nup mistake twice.
