Brooke Mueller could be jailed for drinking alcohol on probation - report

In addition to reportedly overdosing on Adderall on Friday (Dec. 7), Brooke Mueller faces more trouble, as she has reportedly violated her probation by drinking alcohol.

TMZ reports that sources close to Charlie Sheen's ex say that when Mueller was hospitalized for the overdose, alcohol was found in her system. Mueller is currently on probation for felony drug possession, and part of the deal is no drinking alcohol. TMZ does note, however, that her blood alcohol level was low.

No word on whether prosecutors plan to revoke Mueller's probation.

Mueller's rep, meanwhile, publicly denied that she overdosed on drugs, saying she was hospitalized for exhaustion and dehydration.
