Alyssa Milano at 40: Still not too old for a prom-themed birthday party

Considering the fact she is turning over a new decade on Dec. 19, Alyssa Milano at 40 is pretty hot. Her husband, David Bugliari, helped her celebrate her youthful looks by throwing her a prom-themed birthday party over the weekend.

"It's prom-themed because Alyssa didn't have a prom and hers would have been in 1990s," an insider tells Us Weekly of the bash. "Everybody dressed up and everyone got a corsage when they walked in."

Celebrities in attendance included Ludacris, Brian Grazer and Ken Jeong. As is appropriate, guests at the party took prom-style pictures as DJ Vicious-Lee played Milano's favorite songs. If this is what Bugliari did for Milano as a 40th birthday party, we can only imagine what he has up his sleeves for when she turns 50.
