Taylor Swift continues to reign with 'Red' at No. 1

"Red" has been out for two weeks and it shows no signs of slowing down. Taylor Swift's new album remains at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart, with an additional 344,000 copies sold over the past seven days.

In its first week of release, "Red" sold 1.2 million copies, making it the first album released by a female artist to sell over 1 million units since Lady Gaga's "Born This Way." "Red" dropped 72 percent in sales from week one to week two, which isn't that out of the ordinary for records as popular as this.

Though Swift didn't walk away with any awards at the CMAs, she did win over audiences with her somewhat clichéd performance of "Begin Again." Up next, Swift will launch off on a North American tour in March.
