Mariah Carey releases Barack Obama tribute song 'Bring It On Home'

Now that Barack Obama has won this presidential election, his celebrity supporters are coming out in full force to celebrate. Chief among them is Mariah Carey, who just released a new song called "Bring It On Home" that serves as her "Obama Tribute."

"We just everyday people, tryin' to make it through the pain/Yet we intentionally hurt each other playing silly games," sings Carey. "But when it comes down to win or lose, don't give up the fight/cause strength is what we need and love can save our lives/So bring it on home."

Carey first performed this song at a campaign event this year, but it's only now making its way online. Producer Jermaine Dupri posted it on his website, Global14, earlier today. Carey has made no secret of her support for Obama, and actively congratulated him on her Twitter account last night.

"Congratulations to our beloved President Barack Obama, our spectacular First Lady Michelle Obama & the adorable Malia & Sasha. We love you!" Carey tweeted last night after Obama's victory was announced. "INCREDIBLE SPEECH!!!!!! Watching in a room full of diverse people-all truly moved. Thank you America for President Obama-4more yrs."
