Madonna claims Lady Gaga refused a duet with her

Lady Gaga and Madonna do not get along. This is something we've seen proven again and again this past year, first when Madge claimed the Mother Monster ripped her off in "Born This Way," then when she mocked her by singing "She's Not Me," and later over the summer when Gaga finally fired back. Now Madonna has thrown even more fuel into the fire.

"I have the best fans in the world. So take that, Lady Gaga! You know, I invited her onstage to sing with me. But she turned me down," Madonna told her fans during a show Sunday in Minnesota, MTV News reports. "It's OK. I've been rejected before. It builds a little character."

It's unclear whether this incident came before or after all the other problems, but hopefully it means that the end of this feud is near. If Madonna really did come up with a peace offering in the form of a duet, we wish Lady Gaga would just take it so we can all move on with our lives.
