Kim Kardashian 'handcuffed' to Kris Humphries: Kanye West deposed in divorce case

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are still married. And now the reality star's current boyfriend, Kanye West, has been brought into the fray by having to sit for a deposition in the case, reports TMZ.

Apparently, Kardashian herself hasn't even been deposed yet in the long, drawn-out divorce proceedings. The beef, of course, is still over the fact that she wants a divorce and Humphries wants an annulment, citing fraud.

"Miss Kardashian is now handcuffed to Mr. Humphries," Kim's lawyer, Laura Wasser, says in court Wednesday (Nov. 28), asking the judge to put an end to the marriage soon.

Wasser also calls the whole thing a "fishing expedition." However, Humphries' lawyer, Marshall Waller, says that if Kardashian wants the marriage to be over, all she has to do is agree to the annulment.

The trial-setting date has been scheduled for Feb. 15.
