Jessica Simpson wants to get married before she has her second child

Jessica Simpson hasn't get confirmed that she's pregnant with her second child yet, but those closest to her are saying that the exciting news is acting as a much-needed push for Simpson to get her wedding with Eric Johnson underway.

"Jessica wanted to get married before Christmas and was thinking of a date in December," a source tells Radar Online. "But then [her friend] Cacee [Cobb] set a date with Donald [Faison] for December, her father was caught up in the gay scandal and then she found out she was pregnant."

The source continues, "Her plans were derailed and the wedding became a secondary detail with everything that was going on in her life. However, she still wants to get married soon and is seriously considering marrying Eric before her baby is due."

Simpson is reportedly only about nine weeks along. The 32-year-old Weight Watchers spokeswoman is considering a February or March wedding, according to her friend.
