Jerramy Stevens arrested: Hope Solo's husband jailed for probation violation

U.S. soccer star Hope Solo's new husband, Jerramy Stevens, was arrested in Florida on Wednesday (Nov. 28) morning for a probation violation stemming from a domestic violence incident with Solo.

Just two weeks ago -- one day before he tied the knot with Solo -- Stevens was arrested in Kirkland, Wash., over an alleged assault involving the women's soccer goalkeeper. The couple was supposedly arguing about whether to live in Florida or Washington after they married. A judge released Stevens after his court appearance, saying there was "zero" evidence he was involved in an assault.

Stevens and Solo married that night, and per the Associated Press,  Solo said on Tuesday in Portland, Ore., that she and Stevens are happy.  

Stevens was on probation for a 2010 drug possession charge. While he was playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he was pulled over and arrested when police found a baggie of marijuana in his equipment bag.

Following the Washington incident, Florida police issued a warrant for Stevens' arrest.
