Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry's post-fight photos not a pretty sight

Gabriel Aubry's injuries from his recent brawl with Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez are on graphic display in photos that accompanied his declaration for a restraining order.

TMZ has posted the photos which show Aubry's badly bruised and beaten face and a photo of the seemingly unscathed Martinez arriving at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Right now it's a war of words as to who started the brawl between Aubry and Martinez, but the photos make one thing clear: it's not a pretty situation.
