Halle Berry: Gabriel Aubry arrested for brawl with Olivier Martinez

In the latest chapter of their custody saga, Halle Berry's baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, was hospitalized and arrested for battery after a Thanksgiving Day fight with Halle's fiance, Olivier Martinez.

TMZ reports the incident happened at Halle's house when Gabriel arrived to drop off their daughter, Nahla.

Gabriel reportedly "went nuts" and started brawling with Olivier. Gabriel was taken to the hospital. Olivier was injured but did not go to the hospital.

TMZ says Olivier plans to press charges.

The courts recently ruled against Halle in her bid to move Nahla to France.

Halle's nanny was denied a restraining order against Aubry after she made claims of criminal battery, for which the courts found there to be insufficient evidence.
