Gabriel Aubry bruised face photos hit the web after fight with Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez

Gabriel Aubry had a rough Thanksgiving Day, and he's got quite the shiner to show for it. The father of Halle Berry's daughter, Nahla, Aubry was arrested and hospitalized after a fight with Olivier Martinez, Halle's fiance.

TMZ has the photos of Aubry, who suffered a broken rib and facial contusions at the hands of Martinez. Photos of Olivier show he was the clear winner of the fight, though he did suffer minor injuries.

It was initially reported that Olivier did not go to the hospital, but he ended up going to the emergency room an hour after the incident. According to TMZ, Martinez suffered neck injuries and a possible broken hand.

Aubry was taken from the hospital to an L.A. jail, where he was booked for misdemeanor battery. He was later released on $20,000 bail.

A judge granted an emergency restraining order, requiring Aubry to stay away from Halle, Nahla and Olivier.
