'Flashdance' star Michael Nouri arrested on domestic violence charge
66-year-old "NCIS" and "Damages" actor Michael Nouri -- who is perhaps best known as Nick from 1983's "Flashdance" -- has been arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. According to E!, a 911 call was placed from a residence at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1, and the Beverly Hills Police Department responded. A woman claimed she was "roughed up" by the actor. Nouri was taken into custody for alleged battery against a person in a dating relationship, false imprisonment, and obstruct use of a wireless device -- meaning he took her cell phone away and refused to let her call for help.
He was ultimately released after posting $50,000 bail.
We'd really expect better from Summer Roberts' "The O.C." dad. Julie Cooper would be appalled.
