Dule Hill divorcing wife Nicole Lyn: 'Psych' star ends eight year marriage

"Psych" and "West Wing" star Dule Hill is separating from his wife of eight years, Canadian actress Nicole Lyn.

They were married on July 10, 2004. TMZ reports Hill filed the docs in L.A. County Superior Court citing irreconcilable differences.

Hill received an Emmy nomination in 2002 for his role as Charlie Young on "The West Wing" and has starred as Burton Guster alongside James Roday on "Psych" since 2006. Lyn is best known for the late '90s Canadian teen comedy series "Student Bodies."
