Chris Brown and Drake nightclub fight investigation closed, no charges filed

It's a happy Thanksgiving weekend for Chris Brown and Drake. There will be no criminal charges filed against either singing star for their alleged involvement in June's headline-making nightclub skirmish.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that there's not enough evidence to move forward with a case and there will be no further investigation. Surveillance video was too dark and blurry to be of any use and all interviews conducted by the NYPD were "inconclusive."

NBA player Tony Parker has filed a $20 million lawsuit against the W.i.P. Nightclub, where the incident happened, alleging negligence on the part of the club's security for not preventing the massive fight and also alleging that club management knew about "bad blood between Drake and Brown" (who were both romantically involved with pop superstar Rihanna).

Whatever happened, both Brown and Drake are now free and clear.
