Carrie Fisher talks 'Star Wars' sequels: 'I like the idea of being Mrs. Solo'

carrie-fisher-the-talk.jpgCarrie Fisher, who is best known for her role of Princess Leia in the original "Star Wars" trilogy, visited "The Talk" on Tuesday. Of course, cohost AishaTtyler couldn't pass up the opportunity to ask Carrie about "Star Wars" being acquired by Disney and the potential for her to return to the career-defining role in future sequels.

"I'm a Disney Princess!" Carrie joked. As for revisiting Leia, she says, "She's never been gone! As far as I know she's been with me forever."

She's got some ideas for Leia's story arc. "I like to think of it as 'old Leia,' like, sway-backed old Leia the horse. Old Leia the perfume, Old Princess, for that royal smell. I like the idea of being Mrs. Solo, and we've just fought and fought and I killed him -- but I'm sorry. I feel badly and I probably had an affair with some general."
