Brandi Cochran is a big winner against "The Price is Right," but she isn't playing any games. The former "Price is Right" model was awarded over $777,000 after a Los Angeles jury determined that the game show wrongfully terminated Cochran because she was pregnant.

The 47-year-old former Miss USA went on maternity leave in early 2010 and then later sought to return to her job, only to be turned away by "The Price is Right" producers. The Los Angeles Superior Court determined that Cochran wasn't re-hired due to her pregnancy.

The producers defended their move by saying that they were satisfied with the five models they had working at the time, and didn't need Cochran to return. Cochran is now seeking punitive damages from the program, and is looking to get upwards of $8 million, the Associated Press reports. The producers plan to appeal the court's decision.
