Why, oh why, can't Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore just be divorced already? There were rumors the pair was never legally married -- rumors which, according to Perez Hilton, were confirmed by Ashton's new leading lady, Mila Kunis. Then InTouch uncovered a document that seemed to prove Kutcher and Moore were in fact man and wife.

Now it seems the holdup is due to Ashton digging his heels in the ground over finances. Really? This from the guy who makes $700,000 per episode of "Two and a Half Men?" He can't let go of a little pocket change for Demi's troubles?

The actress was already publicly humiliated by Ashton's cheating on their anniversary, she underwent that ever-so-popular celebrity "exhaustion" treatment, and turned over rights to a multi-million dollar property.
