Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina engaged to Nick Gordon, she says in Lifetime reality clip

Whitney Houston's 19-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina has confirmed her engagement to Nick Gordon, her boyfriend and pseudo-adopted brother, in this preview clip for Lifetime's new reality series "The Houstons: On our Own."

In the video, you can see the family's reaction to the relationship (not everyone is pleased) and then Bobbi Kristina nervously blurts out that they're engaged.

Gordon was unofficially adopted by Whitney Houston a decade ago when his mother could no longer take care of him. He came to live with her and Bobbi Kristina, who was eight years old at the time. So ... that's interesting.

"The Houstons: On Our Own" premieres Wednesday, Oct. 24 on Lifetime.
