Sofia Vergara nude photo scandal looming?

Photos of a "sexy" nature -- believed to be stolen from the BlackBerry of Sofia Vergara's fiance, Nick Loeb -- are up for sale to the highest bidder, according to the New York Post.

It seems Loeb lost his phone, and someone in Florida has big plans to capitalize.

"The photos show Sofia in her bathroom and the bedroom, and, while they are personal, they are not fully revealing," a source tells the Post. "But her management team are doing their best to make sure they do not become public."

Vergara, who recently topped Forbes' list of highest paid actresses on TV, has her lawyers working overtime to stop the sale of the pics. Since it's likely they'll succeed, the world may never know the truth about just how "revealing" these photos are.
