Prince files lawsuit against collection agency claiming they owe him money

Don't mess with Prince.

The artist formerly known as that weird symbol thing has filed a lawsuit against a collection agency, according to TMZ, claiming Capital Asset Protection made two inappropriate withdrawals from his bank account in June.

The agency allegedly withdrew $105,949.14 and $10,278.94 as payments resulting from a lawsuit related to a music production contract that Prince lost. Problem is, Prince claims a judge actually "vacated" that suit last October, so he didn't owe a dime.

Now Prince wants the full sum of $116,228.12 returned with interest.
