Miley Cyrus home intruder Jason Luis Rivera convicted, receives maximum jail sentence

miley-cyrus-vmas-gi.jpgJason Luis Rivera, better known as Miley Cyrus' home intruder, is sentenced to the maximum 18 months behind bars after being convicted on charges of trespassing and resisting arrest.

Rivera, 40, was apprehended on Miley's property after jumping her fence with a pair of scissors and claiming to be her husband.

TMZ reports the convict declined probation for some unknown reason, and got smacked with the jail term instead.

Unfortunately for Miley, her temporary restraining order against Rivera was not extended as part of his sentence. Hopefully a year and a half in the pokey will give him some time to reflect, and reconsider any further visitation attempts.
